Hey, after I updated the policy to allow the Camera on my iPhone, the app still isn’t showing up. It was excluded in the previous policy, but even after reconfiguring the device, the Camera app didn’t come back. Any idea why?

That’s unusual. Sometimes a simple reboot or waiting for the policy to sync can fix these kinds of issues.
Thankyou all for your valuable input.
The Camera app on iOS devices is not uninstalled when restricted; rather, it is hidden . Within Hexnode , under iOS Restrictions > Allow Device Functionality, labelled Allow Camera. If this option is unchecked, the Camera app will remain hidden. Please verify that the Allow Camera option is enabled in the policy, save the changes, and then push the updated policy to the device. This will restore the Camera app’s visibility.
Ah, so it’s not about reinstalling from the App Store at all, it’s just hidden by that restriction.
Makes sense now. I was thinking it might be a sync delay, but it’s clearly tied to that checkbox.
