I’m facing an issue while logging in with MFA. The TOTP code generated by my authenticator app keeps getting rejected, even though I’m entering it correctly. It looks like the code shown on my device is always one step ahead of what the server expects. Has anyone else faced this with Hexnode?

I’ve experienced something very similar, although not with Hexnode. In my case, the issue was caused by the device time not being properly synced. Since TOTP codes depend on the device clock, even a small-time drift can cause the generated code to be ahead or behind what the server expects. Enabling automatic date and time sync fixed it for me.

Yep, that solved it. My device time was off. Once I fixed that, the code worked.
