Hey everyone, I recently purchased a few Chromebooks that I intend to use at my hotel’s reception for check-ins. I have tried Kiosk mode in ChromeOS vaguely for some of the existing Chromebooks in my organization, but I would like to know more about the remote actions I can perform through Hexnode in my devices, so that I can fully leverage my new devices for my purpose. Can anybody help me?
Remote Actions that work in Kiosk mode for ChromeOS devicesSolved

The Kiosk mode in ChromeOS supports most of the remote actions available in Hexnode, but I think there are a bunch of actions that are supported only in Kiosk mode.
@raelynn Oh, do you know which ones are those?
I am not quite sure which. Maybe, one of the Hexnode Experts can help here.
Hello @clauss and @raelynn , the following remote actions in Hexnode UEM are exclusive to the Kiosk mode in ChromeOS: Set Volume and Take Screenshot.
The Set Volume action sets the device volume, in percentage, while the device is in Kiosk mode.
The Take Screenshot action captures a screenshot of the device screen, while in Kiosk mode. The captured screenshots will be available under the screenshots tab of the device summary; however, any user input will prevent the capture process from being completed.
All the other remote actions available for any standard ChromeOS device will be still functional in Kiosk mode.

Elle Reed,

Oh, so in my case, I could set the volume of my devices while in Kiosk mode, so that my customers can hear the directions said to them during self-check-ins.
You could take screenshots as proof of details entered by your guests too!
That seems quite handy. Thank you @elle_reed and @raelynn for your input. Appreciate it!
