We’re thrilled to unveil Alert Profiles, the upgraded and smarter way to get notified about what matters in your device fleet and Hexnode portal. Gone are the old Notification Settings under the Admin tab, this new experience gives you far more control, clarity, and customization.
What’s New & Better:
- Event-Oriented Profiles
Now you pick an Event Source (Device, User, Domain, Policy, or General) and then choose which events you want alerts for. Whether it’s device enrollment, policy deletion, low battery levels, or new policy creation, alerts are organized by context so nothing important is buried.
- Choose Who Gets Notified
Once you select the events, you can configure Targets and Technicians who receive the alert. Want to notify admins, users, technicians, or even external email addresses? You can set it all up. Email delivers the notifications right to them.
With Alert Profiles, we’ve upgraded the way notifications work in Hexnode, more focused, more useful, more action-oriented. You can now make sure the right people get the right alerts at the right time.
