We’re excited to introduce Sites and Distributed Apps and Files Server (DAFS) to Hexnode UEM, bringing enhanced control and optimized app delivery for large, distributed device deployments.
What’s New
- Sites
Define physical office locations, such as local headquarters or remote branch offices, as Sites in Hexnode. Devices can then be grouped based on these locations using the Add Devices to Site remote action to simplify management.
- DAFS (Distributed Apps and Files Server)
Deploy a local content distribution server to serve enterprise apps and updates directly to devices within a site. DAFS helps reduce internet bandwidth usage and accelerates the delivery of apps and files by enabling content to be delivered over the local network instead of relying on cloud-based downloads.
