Compliance rules in Hexnode are stepping out from behind the scenes.
Until now, compliance settings were tucked away under Admin > General Settings, applying the same configuration across all platforms. While it worked, it left little room for flexibility.
With the introduction of the Compliance Policy, you now have a dedicated space to define how compliance should work, entirely on your terms.
Head over to Policies > Compliance Policies in the Hexnode portal to explore this new addition. Whether you’re managing iOS, iPadOS, Windows, macOS, Android, visionOS, Linux, or ChromeOS devices, this feature gives you the power to customize compliance rules with greater control and clarity.
What’s new?
- Policy-based compliance rules
Define compliance conditions tailored to specific platforms or device types, just like any other policy in Hexnode. - Two levels of configuration
- Basic Settings: These are the familiar options you’ve used so far, now housed within a dedicated policy.
- Advanced Settings: Create dynamic compliance rules using conditions based on OS version, Hexnode agent version, device encryption, and more.
- Quick-start templates
Save time with prebuilt templates that help you create and deploy compliance policies more efficiently.
This release offers better control and clarity over how compliance is enforced across your organization’s devices.
