Hey, I’ve been trying to execute an OS update on my Mac device, but to no effect. Can somebody help me out please?

Is your device DEP enrolled? ‘Coz I think the OS update doesn’t work if the mac isn’t DEP enrolled.

The OS update action is supported on all supervised devices, regardless of whether they are DEP enrolled or not. Please verify whether your device is supervised. If it is, and you’re still not able to update the OS, kindly inform us about any error messages displayed. We’ll try and find a solution.
