I need to test an app on one of our kiosk devices using Hexnode. What is the basic path to create and apply a kiosk policy? The device platform may be Android or iOS, so I’m looking for where to start in the portal.

Hi @ronnie,
To configure a kiosk policy in Hexnode, go to the Policies tab and create a new policy. Then open the Kiosk Lockdown sub-tab and configure the kiosk settings based on the device platform.
A typical flow is:
1. Go to Policies.
2. Create a new policy.
3. Open Kiosk Lockdown.
4. Select the relevant platform-specific kiosk configuration.
5. Add the app or apps that should be available in kiosk mode.
6. Save the policy.
7. Associate the policy with the target device, device group, user, or user group.
Once the policy is associated and the device checks in, the kiosk configuration should be applied to the device.
