We are bringing Pre-Approved Enrollment to Windows devices in Hexnode UEM, helping IT teams streamline onboarding and tighten fleet security before devices even reach end users.
This upcoming feature will allow administrators to import Windows hardware details into the portal ahead of time, ensuring policies, configurations, and apps deploy the moment a device is first turned on and enrolled.
What to expect:
- Advance Policy Staging: Pre-assign configurations and application groups to devices so they apply instantly upon initial setup.
- Stricter Access Control: Enforce a “Pre-approved Devices Only” enrollment restriction to prevent unauthorized or personal Windows hardware from enrolling.
- Bulk Device Import: Upload whole fleets at once using a CSV file containing device Serial Numbers, Manufacturer Names, and Model Names.
