Disable Kiosk Mode option not visible under device ActionsSolved

I’m trying to exit kiosk mode on a managed device. The device shows that kiosk is enabled, but when I open the device page and go to Actions, I don’t see a Kiosk category or an Exit/Disable Kiosk Mode option. I can only see sections like Recent actions, Location and Monitoring, Device Control, Security, and Applications. Is there another way to find the option?

You can disable kiosk mode from the device actions menu. If the Kiosk category is not visible in the listed action groups, use the search field at the top of the Actions panel.

Steps:

1. Go to the Hexnode UEM portal.

2. Open the Manage tab.

3. Select the affected device.

4. Click Actions.

5. In the action search box, search for Disable Kiosk Mode.

6. Select the action and execute it on the device.

In some cases, the action may not appear immediately under a visible Kiosk category, but it can still be located through the Actions search bar.
