Android device management is entering a more dynamic phase in Hexnode UEM. A new remote action will soon make it possible to execute custom scripts directly from the Actions menu on managed Android devices, bringing real-time control to everyday operations.
Instead of building and assigning policies for every unique task, you’ll be able to push custom logic instantly and act exactly when needed.
Script handling is becoming more flexible, too. You’ll be able to run scripts from different sources, upload them when required, and manage them without breaking your workflow. An inline editor and built-in search are also on the way, making it easier to create, refine, and locate scripts within the console.
It’s a move toward faster execution and cleaner automation — giving you precision without added complexity.
