Hey everyone, we already have a few policies created in Hexnode. Is there an API available to directly assign one of these existing policies to a specific device?

Following this. We’re trying to automate policy assignments during enrollment and would prefer doing it through API instead of the portal.

Yes, Hexnode does offer API endpoints that allow you to associate policies with devices, users, or groups. You can refer to the API documentation here for the available endpoints and request structure.
That said, Hexnode does not currently provide a single, ready-made API call specifically designed only for assigning a pre-created policy directly to a device. Implementing this would require developing your own API logic using the available endpoints based on your workflow.
