Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.

The Compliance status of a device indicates whether it meets the list of requirements that you have configured in the Compliance Settings. Please navigate to Admin-> General Settings-> Compliance Settings to configure the requirements. If the device fails any of these selected requirements, the device will be marked as non-compliant.

Wanna know more? Have a look at the Compliance Settings.

    Cheers!

Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.

Yes, the admin can be notified. Please navigate to Admin-> Notifications and enable the ‘Device Out of Compliance’ option under Notify the administrators on. Click the Save button at the bottom.
The administrators will now be notified via email when the device becomes non-compliant.
You can also notify the associated users by enabling the Device Out of Compliance option under the Notify the associated users on, in the same page.

Need for more. Check out Notification alerts via e-mail using Hexnode MDM.

    Cheers!

Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.

Yes, you can. Please navigate to Reports-> Compliance Reports-> Non-compliant devices. You will be able to find the list of non-compliant devices along with the details such as the user, status, battery level, model name, etc. You can also export these details as a PDF/CSV file. For this, click on the Export button at the top and choose the option PDF/CSV.

Check out Non-compliant devices report for more info.

    Cheers!
