QR code on the Portal screen

Hey Terrance, The QR code scanning is not available on the portal as such, instead a unique QR code can be found in the enrollment emails sent to the user. We’ll soon be adding a feature to enroll devices by scanning a common QR code displayed on the portal.

you can obtain the QR code on the portal screen for the enrollment process, do keep in mind that this takes place while enrolling a device in AFW (Android For Work)

Here is how you obtain the QR code on the portal screen.

1. Go to Admin tab.
2. Select Android in the Enterprise tab on the left side.
3. The QR code would be displayed on the Portal screen, and this can be used to enroll devices into AFW.

Note: The user would have to enroll their organization first to the Android for work program.

Is the QR code available on the portal now?

Yes, the QR code for open enrollment can be found in the portal. Please navigate to Enroll-> Platform-Specific-> Android-> QR code, Email or SMS-> Open Enrollment and you will be able to find the QR code and the enrollment steps. Kindly follow the same.
