“Please open Play Store” error in Android

If the error message for the app installation failure shows says “Please open Play Store”, then it could be an issue with the Play Store or Play Services. This error could be due to the following reasons:

• Goole Play Services is not responding or is outdated.
• Google Play app has been force closed or disabled.

You can remotely launch the Play Store app using the Remote App Launch action from the Hexnode portal. Once the Play Store app is launched on the device, both Play Store and Play Services will get updated automatically.
