Read somewhere that Hexnode can update apps even if the device is locked in kiosk. A couple of my supervised iOS devices have an enterprise app and are in guided access mode. Will I be able to update the app without removing it from guided access mode through Hexnode?

The kiosk is a feature provided by various UEMs to lock down your supervised iOS devices to a few apps. The device will exit from the kiosk only when the admin disables kiosk mode from the portal. Guided access mode is a feature in iOS devices to lock down your device to a single app. The user will be able to exit from the guided access mode from the device itself.
