Trying to set up an APN, but step 2 (Upload the CSR to Apple Push Certificate portal. If you don’t already have an Apple ID, create one here.) opens the weblink, only for the Apple page to say: Get Started To get a new certificate for a OS X server, use your OS X server administration tools.I Don’t appear to be able to upload the CSR

Now, this renewing is done via Apple Business Manager, right?

Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.

Yes, for the ease of management of Apple devices and apps, Apple has merged DEP and VPP into the Apple Business Manager portal. Apple has made it mandatory that the migration should have been completed by December 1, 2019.
While renewing the APNs certificate, please make sure you are using the same Apple ID used while creating the certificate for the first time. Or else, you’ll need to re-enroll the devices.
For renewal, you will have to obtain the signed Certificate Signing Request (CSR) from Hexnode. The CSR should then be uploaded to the Apple Push Notifications Portal to renew the certificate.

Need more info? Please use the doc on APNs certificate renewal.

Cheers!
