    Hey @julia,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

You can change the background images of your devices using Hexnode’s Wallpaper feature. This feature is supported on Android, iOS, and macOS devices.

To access the feature, navigate to Policies > choose the operating system of your target devices > Wallpaper. After uploading the images and choosing the desired options, associate the policy with your target devices. The supported image formats are JPG, JPEG, and PNG.

The functionalities supported for each operating system is as follows:

    iOS devices:

You can set the home screen and lock screen wallpaper on your supervised iOS devices.
Check out our guide on configuring iOS device wallpapers to learn more.

    macOS devices:

You can use the Add Images option to set images pre-uploaded to the Hexnode Content repository or images uploaded from the administrator’s device as wallpaper.
To set the images present on your target device as wallpaper, specify its path using the Add Folders/Files option.
Please note that the feature is supported only on macOS 10.11+ devices.
For more information, see how to set macOS wallpapers.

    Android devices:

You can set the home screen wallpaper on your Android 4.4+ and Amazon Fire OS 5.0+ devices. The supported image dimensions for smartphones and tablets are 320*480 and 960*720, respectively. To learn more, take a look at how to set wallpapers on Android.
