Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.

There are some pre-requisites that you have to satisfy before enrolling the iOS devices using Apple Configurator:

• The device should not be linked to any Apple ID.
• Turn off Find My iPhone on the device.

If these pre-requisites are not met, the activation lock might get enabled on resetting the iOS device.
