Hey maybe try changing the authentication to rsa securid? U wouldn’t have all this trouble with password then.

Thanks for the suggestion. But we don’t want to switch to rsa securid since we have certain security concerns.

Could you please check and get back on if you had provided the password while configuring the VPN policy?

If not, please ensure you have provided the password after selecting the User Authentication as Password while configuring the policy by navigating to Policies > iOS > Network > VPN.

Try it out and keep me posted on any updates.
