Exiting kiosk in iOS

    How can we exit from kiosk mode on an iOS device?

    Hey, Thanks for reaching out.

    You can exit from the kiosk mode on iOS devices by removing the device from policy targets. Please follow the below steps for the same:

    1. Go to Policies and select the iOS kiosk policy.
    2. Go to Policy Targets and remove the device/user/groups or domain from the list.
    3. Click Save.

    You can also remove the policy from the device or delete the policy (if you don’t want it to be associated to any device).
    The only way to disable iOS kiosk mode when the device is not connected to any network is by using an Apple Configurator and removing the Hexnode MDM profile. This is a method to rely on when you want to remove any profiles in the device when in the absence of connectivity.
