Thanks for reaching out to us!
Currently, you can only set the apps as mandatory via policy under Policies > New Policy > Android > Mandatory Apps. If any of the apps are uninstalled, the installation will be pushed again after the next manual Scan Device action or during the auto-scan for mandatory apps on the devices every 3 hours.
We’ll check with the team on the feasibility of disabling uninstallation of selective apps and will keep you posted on any updates.
