Is there a way to lock down users to only be able to access their emails through the Outlook application? Specifically for ios devices/iPhones. Also block them from adding other accounts.

Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.
Hexnode enables you to configure email account on iOS devices to sync mails between the device and email server.
To configure the email:
- Navigate to Policies-> iOS-> Accounts-> Email and click Configure.
- Configure the email settings.
- To block the user from adding another account, navigate to iOS > Advanced Restrictions > Allow Security and Privacy Settings and disable the option ‘Modify an account’.
- Associate targets and save the policy.
The email account will now be configured on the target device. Also, the user cannot add, remove or modify accounts on the device. Check out Email configuration for iOS for more details.
