Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.

You can add a bulk number of devices using a CSV file. The CSV file should contain details such as the group name, serial number/UDID/devices ID of the device and a description of the group should be uploaded to the portal.
Please navigate to Manage->Device Groups and click on ‘Add Bulk Devices with CSV’ option.  You will be asked to upload the CSV file and map keys based on your requirements. The option to download a sample CSV file will also be visible below the upload option.
Once the keys are mapped, the devices will get added to the group and the Summary of the process will be generated. Click Finish.
The created group can be seen by navigating to Manage-> Device Groups.
