Pretty much excited to know what’s up in the latest update for the technician log in? Here you go!
We are pleased to announce Single Sign On (SSO) for the technician log in. You can enable SSO login for individual technicians or globally for all the technicians using their Google or Microsoft accounts.
Here’s how you can do this.
Navigate to Admin > Technicians and Roles.
For individual technicians, click on Add technician and enable the option Allow SSO logins.
To enable SSO login globally for all the technicians, check the option Allow SSO logins under Global SSO Login Settings. Learn more.
And, in our future updates, SSO can be enabled using Okta domain too.
