URL Shortcut blocked?

I have recently created a URL shortcut for my kiosk. The URL leads to a login page we use regularly at school for assessments. The initial URL is accessible but as soon as a child clicks to login they get a pop-up saysing ‘forbidden’. Your administrator has blocked …’

I am the administrator of the devices so it’s not a block there and this is a website we use all the time from network PCs.

Any ideas?

    Can you please verify whether the URL that the login button leads to has been allowlisted in the kiosk policy?

    If the URL has been allowlisted and the issue still persists, we shall take it up with the respective team so that they can look into the case further.
