Yes, you can.

1. Please navigate to Windows-> Restrictions-> Allow Device Functionality. 
2. Under ‘Allow Device Functionality’, you will find the option ‘Telemetry’.
3. Telemetry collects diagnostic data from a Windows device and sends them to Microsoft.
4. Click on the drop-down list next to the option ‘Telemetry’. You will be able to find different options:  Disallow, Limited, Allow.

• Disallow: If you choose this, the off option will be checked in the device.
• Limited: On choosing Limited, users can send only basic data to Microsoft.
• The allowed option is the default choice. This sends the diagnostic data to Microsoft.

Please choose the option based on your requirements. Note to associate targets and save the policy.
