Cannot enroll a Windows 10 devics

I am trying to test a Windows 10 device in Hexnode, and I get the message.. ” According to your corporate policy, only the following device types can be enrolled and can access the corporate resources: iPhone, iPad and Mac.
Contact your company’s IT administrator for more information.”

    Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Please navigate to Enroll -> Settings-> Enrollment Restrictions-> Device Models Allowed and confirm if the option ‘Windows Tablets/PC’ has been enabled. Only if the option is enabled, the corresponding device model can be enrolled.
