Yes, you can find a user by using their email address. There will be no results if you search it in sub-tabs like Devices, Device Groups, or User Groups under the Manage tab. You can find the user with email by following any three methods below.

• Navigate to Manage > Users on the Hexnode portal and type in the user’s email address on the search bar to find the user.
• Use the search bar under Reports > User Reports > All Users.
• You can also use the search bar in the top right corner of the portal to find a user with their email.

After searching, click on the user’s name and look under Total Devices to find the total number of devices assigned to the user.
