    why do I get so many scan device location failures for my iOS devices?

    Hi Viola,

    A lot of location scan failures in quick succession can mean either of these
    1. The devices are offline
    2. The devices don’t have location services turned on.
    3. Hexnode MDM app doesn’t have its location permission granted. Learn more.
    4. Hexnode MDM app is not running in the background and the devices are stationary. However, even if the app has been force-quit by the user, a significant change in location (>500 m), will cause the app to relaunch and resume relaying location.
