It’s just an issue with the device. Rockchip devices sometimes showed these faulty actions.
It was months before we realized it was a model-specific issue because we used the same kiosk policy throughout the devices, yet only some didn’t work as expected. Of course, that was also rockchip devices.

As @Ansel mentioned, it’s just the case of Rockchip devices. And it is not a fault with Hexnode. Some of our users have reported this concern with their Rockchip devices already.
