How can i restrict someone factory reseting the Android device?

Hey, Thanks for posting. Happy to answer.
Please go to the Policies tab. You can choose to create a new policy or edit an already existing one.
Navigate to Android–>Advanced Restrictions–>Allow Settings. It will have the ‘Factory reset’ option beneath it. This option is to allow/disallow the Factory reset.
Disable this option to restrict the user from resetting the Android device. Please note to associate targets and save the policy.
