Hi,
I am trying to setup the policies to enable monitoring data usage on Android phones.
Under Admin > General Settings > Data Restriction (Android), I can’t enable the option “Prompt tp activate VPN.
And in the profile i have created, under Network Data Usage Management, I can’t select Enable network & data usage restrictions
Is there a step i am missing to enable this feature?

To enable Network & data usage restrictions and hence the Prompt to activate VPN option, the Configure VPN restriction under Android > Advanced Restrictions > Allow Settings has to be enabled. The Configure VPN restriction is accessible only on the Enterprise, Ultimate and Ultra subscription plans of Hexnode UEM. If you’re subscribed to a plan other than these, you will not be able to enable Configure VPN restriction.
Could you please share the Hexnode UEM subscription plan you’ve opted for, along with your device’s specifications and the enrollment method used, so we can better understand the situation?
