This behavior might occur on iPadOS when the home screen layout is forcefully altered, such as when adding new apps via UEM or the App Store. In your case, it’s likely that the prompt appeared because the installation of the Hexnode UEM app was triggered immediately after enrollment.

Unfortunately, there’s no way to disable this prompt. However, it is a one-time occurrence and won’t happen again after the initial setup unless the device undergoes a reset.
