Hi Scott,

In iOS:
Sure, you can if the Devices are enrolled Via DEP. You will have an option to enforce this in DEP Policy(Admin Tab->DEP->DEP Policy)
In Android:
Yes, you can. We you can lock them from removing the “Device Administrator” rights. He has to remove this permission to uninstall Hexnode. This option will not be available in generic devices. The device has to be ROM/OEM type or rooted or from supported manufacturer. You can do this from “Policy->Android Settings->Restrictions”.

Thanks and regards

Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.

In the case of Android devices, please navigate to Android–>Restrictions–>Security Options. Disable the ‘Allow MDM Administration removal’ option to prevent the removal of Hexnode MDM from the device. This is effective only on Samsung Knox and LG GATE devices. Click here to know more about restrictions on Android devices.
In the case of mac devices, removal of the MDM profile can be disallowed on DEP enrolled devices. On the DEP policy (Admin > Apple Business/School Manager > Apple DEP > DEP Policy), there is an option to “Allow MDM profile removal”. Disabling this option helps you prevent profile removal. Click here to know more about locking the MDM profile on mac devices.
In the case of Windows devices, you need to disable the option Manual MDM administration removal under Policies > Windows > Restrictions > Allow Security and Privacy Settings. This will restrict the users from manually deleting the workspace user from the device account settings. However, if the devices are joined to Azure AD, manual MDM profile removal cannot be prevented. Click here for more info.

Cheers!
