Hey, Thanks for posting the query.
For Android devices that are locked down in kiosk mode, this is possible.
Please navigate to Kiosk Lockdown–>Android Kiosk Lockdown–>Peripheral settings–>Location. The ‘Users can add Location Notes’ option would be present there.
Only if this option is enabled then users can add the location notes. The option is disabled by default.

Can you please take me to where I can see the location note added by the Android user from the device end in the portal. Can I convert it to a file and keep it?

Thanks for reaching out to us!
To see the location notes sent from the device, navigate to Reports tab -> Location Reports -> Location History.
If you are not able to see the location note, click on the pencil icon towards the right corner and select location notes.
You will be able to export the file as a PDF or CSV by clicking on ‘Export’.
