Hi.
We have exchange online and I am testing active sync and MFA in our policies. If I check the box for OAUTH will it use AUTH-2 for Authenticating? I have it working but not sure if it is using OAUTH-2 on my iPhone.
Just wondering if this meets Microsoft requirement for modern Authentication. Since they will be turning off basic Authentication this year.

As for your query, in iOS 14 and iPadOS 14, Exchange accounts configured for OAuth and Microsoft cloud-based services are automatically upgraded to use Microsoft’s OAuth 2.0 authentication service. If you’ve updated to the latest version of iOS, it will be using OAuth 2.0, else OAuth 1.0.
Enabling OAuth in the Exchange ActiveSync policy will do.
