i can’t exit the kiosk mode on the phone by tapping the status bar. It is Android 9.

Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.
It is possible to exit the Android kiosk mode by tapping the status bar, only on Android 7 and below devices.
For Android devices with OS version 8 and above, reboot the device, tap on the Kiosk launcher and enter the password to exit the kiosk mode.
You can also remotely disable the kiosk mode from the portal. Please navigate to the Manage tab and select the desired device. Click on the Actions button and choose the ‘disable kiosk mode’ option.
Kindly use the help link on exiting the kiosk mode in Android devices.
