You can create a dynamic group based on your requirements. The group changes its member devices based on the specified conditions. When a device is enrolled, it will be added to the dynamic group if it meets the specified conditions.
To create a new dynamic group, please navigate to Manage tab > Device Groups > New Dynamic Group. Add group name and description. Configure the condition and location filters. Save the group.

The time interval for the automatic sync of dynamic groups depend on the license plan you have subscribed for:
Pro: Automatic sync happens every 4 hours
Enterprise: Automatic sync happens every 1 hour
Ultimate: Automatic sync happens every 15 minutes
Ultra: Automatic sync happens every 5 minutes
You can also initiate the sync manually. For this, navigate to Manage tab-> Device Groups. Click on the Actions button and choose the ‘Sync Dynamic Groups’ option. This will initiate the sync on all dynamic device groups.
