Could you please check whether you have applied any policy with Apps restrictions (Policies > iOS > Restrictions > Allow Explicit Content > Apps) on the device?

I have checked it, but there are no such restrictions applied.

Hi @kody,

A similar case was previously reported, and it was due to the app restriction enabled on the end device. Follow the below steps:

1. Go to the Settings page on the device.
2. Click on Screen Time.
3. Select Content & Privacy Restrictions
4. Tap on Apps and select Allow All Apps. Apps will be filtered and greyed out based on age if Allow All Apps is not chosen.

It can help you fix the issue with the greyed-out button on the App Store.
