Hello, I previously disabled the app store on my iPhone via the hexnode portal. Recently I removed this restriction, but now the get button on the app store is greyed out and Iam unable to download any apps from the app store. How can I solve this problem?

Could you please check whether you have applied any policy with Apps restrictions (Policies > iOS > Restrictions > Allow Explicit Content > Apps) on the device?

Hi @kody,
A similar case was previously reported, and it was due to the app restriction enabled on the end device. Follow the below steps:
- Go to the Settings page on the device.
- Click on Screen Time.
- Select Content & Privacy Restrictions
- Tap on Apps and select Allow All Apps. Apps will be filtered and greyed out based on age if Allow All Apps is not chosen.
It can help you fix the issue with the greyed-out button on the App Store.
