Hi Noah,
Thanks for posting the query.
Kindly navigate to Admin–>General Settings–>File Vault Settings.
You will be able to find a box to enter a password (to protect the certificate).The
HexnodeMDMFileVaultCertificate certificate can be downloaded by entering the password and clicking on the download button adjacent to it.

Do you provide different filevault certificates for other portals or are they all the same?

Thank you for reaching out to us!
All the components of the FileVault certificate are unique for each portal. The only similar element is the certificate name – “HexnodeMDM FileVault Certificate” for the FileVault certificate across all portals.
