    How often are tablets scanned by Hexnode MDM?

    Hey Heather! Devices are scanned whenever an action is applied to them, the device can also be scanned manually when you select the device from the management tab and select scan device from the Actions button.

    A scheduled scan also be set by navigating to the Admin tab and under ScheduledDevice Scan in General Settings tab you can set the interval for scanning the device.

    It can be set to daily or weekly as per your choice. You can go these steps to get a clear idea on how to scan your device.
