Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.

By clicking on IGNORE, you have denied the root access to Hexnode MDM.

To grant the access:

1. Open the Hexnode app and go to the Menu bar at the top-left corner.
2. Click on Settings.
3. Click on the three vertical dots at the top right corner for a drop-down menu. Select Update Root Access.
4. A pop-up asking for confirmation will appear. Click OK.

The root access has now been granted to the Hexnode MDM.
