it’s possible to give access to our client IT Team where they can control everything? So basically I need a second admin user

Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.
Yes, you can. Please navigate to Admin->Technicians and Roles. Click on ‘Add Technician’. Enter the display and user name. The technician role can be chosen as ‘Admin’. Enter a password and the two-step verification can be enabled/disabled. Choose the maximum failed login attempts for a technician after which CAPTCHA will be enabled and click ‘Save’.
