Unfortunately, adding a Microsoft account as a user in Windows requires user interaction and hence cannot be implemented via script.

You could consider enterprise-level tools such as Azure Active Directory (AAD) or Group Policy to automate user account creation. These tools provide reliable methods for managing user accounts and their authentication.

Having said that, could you elaborate on your use case? Maybe we can provide an alternate solution. You could also go through our script repository and see if it could be of use, specifically, the script to create user accounts on Windows devices.
