Hey, Thanks for reaching out

  • The device details displayed on the portal, such as the battery level gets updated after every scan. The automatic scan happens every 15 minutes.
  • Also, you can schedule the device scan by navigating to Admin-> General Settings-> Scheduled Device Scan. The scan can be scheduled on a daily or weekly basis.
  • To manually initiate the scan on devices, navigate to the Manage tab, select the desired devices, and choose the ‘Scan Device’ option by clicking on the Actions button.

Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.

Yes, the admin can be notified when the battery level falls below a specific value:

  • Please navigate to Admin-> General Settings-> Battery Level Alert.
  • Set the desired battery level.
  • Go to Admin-> Notifications-> Notify the administrators on and select Device battery level.
  • Click Save.

The admin will be alerted via email when the battery level falls below this value.
