In Admin – Technicians and Roles, there’s an on/off setting at the far right next to the admin. There is no column header above it to indicate what the on/off setting does. What does it do?

The on/off setting under Admin-> Technicians and roles is for enabling/disabling a technician.
There will be a toggle button corresponding to each technician listed. Once a technician is disabled, he/she will not be able to access the portal. On enabling the option, the technician will regain the access to the portal.
