Hi,

We are using Hexnode- Tablets for old people who cant read english and who are overwhelmed when unknown popups appear. We need to have access without permitting the access to the tablets. It would be a wonderful features for our usecases. Thanks ahead!

Hey @thomas-seher ,

Welcome aboard to Hexnode Connect.

From your query, I am assuming that you want to initiate a remote view session without having the user accept/decline the permission request from the device end. Currently, we have mandated the permission prompt to ensure maximum privacy and security for your user data. However, we understand that remotely accessing the devices without user permission would be quite helpful for your use case.

Please let us know if this is indeed your intended use case.

If yes, we shall have a feature request raised on your behalf and keep you in the loop with the updates regarding this. If not, kindly elaborate on your query to help us provide a better-suited response.

Cheers!

Hi Emma,

We also have the same use case for our clients. Can you please let me know if you have raised the feature request for the same yet? If yes, can you please provide the update on the same, when can we expect the feature to be available and if not, can you please raise the feature request?

Will be waiting for your response!

Cheers!!
