Hi Fernando,

Thanks for the time you have taken to provide your valuable feedback.

Currently, the lock device for Windows would lock the device to the lock screen and the user would be able to access the device once they enter the login password. We do understand that this does not lock the device completely as desired by your use case.

However, we are working on the feature that enables you to specify a System PIN along with the lock device action that the user would need to use in order to access the device once it is locked.

The feature is already implemented for macOS devices (locking using System PIN) and the similar case for Android and supervised iOS devices as lost mode.

You can check this link to know more about lost mode (as a reference):

Android Lost mode: https://www.hexnode.com/mobile-device-management/help/how-to-find-lost-android-devices-using-hexnode-mdm/
iOS Lost mode: https://www.hexnode.com/mobile-device-management/help/how-to-find-lost-ios-devices-with-mdm/

This feature should get implemented for Windows devices within the Hexnode portal pretty soon. We have already raised the feature request for the same and our team is working on it. We will be raising the feature request on your behalf as well so that you would be notified as soon as the feature is released.

You would be able to make use of the Hexnode API to perform the actions as well.
