What are some main reasons for app installation not being successful in windows devices via Hexnode? Just to keep in mind.

Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.
Hexnode enables you to easily deploy applications to Windows devices.
The common reasons for the failure of app installations are:
- EXE file not supported: File formats other than MSI and APPX are currently not supported. To deploy EXE file, you will have to convert them to MSI or APPX.
- Installation Overlap: The application that you are trying to deploy might already be installed on the device.
- Version mismatch: The application being deployed may not be compatible with the device.
- All MSI apps are supported on devices with Windows version 1607 and above.
- Windows 10 S does not support non-Windows store apps.
4.Missing Agent APP: Before deploying the MSI apps, ensure that the Hexnode Agent app is installed on the device.
